InterTech Science Park has a land-use master plan that guides land development in the Park. The 25-year plan contains building and design guidelines intended to create an upscale, campus environment. InterTech build-out projections include:

• 600,000 square feet of tech-commercial space
• A 180 room business hotel with a 15,000 square foot conference center
• 60,000 square feet of support retail, business and restaurant space
• A 16-acre, 150 unit residential subdivision of semi-detached condominiums
• 6,000 technology jobs
• New streetscape and upgraded infrastructure
