InterTech Business Innovation Center (IBIC)

The IBIC is an 8,000 SF wet lab multi-tenant business center with two lab and office suites, one of which contains a BSL3 lab. The newly renovated center contains an all new HVAC system with a back-up power generator to maintain critical lab functions. Space availability and lease rates are available upon request.
