The Biomedical Research Foundation is offering for sale or lease a new 33,000 SF biomanufacturing building with 10,000 SF of clean room manufacturing space on a 4 acre parcel. The building is clean, with no product campaigned through it. It is designed for maximum flexibility , with a full 15 foot mezzanine above the manufacturing area for efficient modification (floor to roof height is 34 feet). Adjacent to the GMP area is a BSL-3 suite attached to the QA/QC laboratory. The building automation system and design permits the conversion of the clean room manufacturing area to BSL-2 or BSL-3 if required. Over $2 million USD  of equipment is installed, including freezers, refrigerators, biosafety cabinets, hoods, autoclaves, glassware washer/dryer, purified water system, buffer prep tanks, CIP skids, fill and label machine, walk-in refrigeration and back up power generation.
